my stay was incredible, thanks to the fantastic staff who were always pleasant and accommodating, and the location made it super easy to explore nearby attractions like Durgam Cheruvu Lake, which is just about 2 km away, and the beautiful Botanical Gardens that are almost a 2 km stroll, perfect for my love of walking through nature and discovering city landmarks.

The Amara restaurant staff engaged us warmly. their dedication turned meals into delightful experiences. Thanks to the attentive service, our family felt truly pampered throughout our stay.

However, it was surprising that the cleanliness of our room was not up to par. A few minor maintenance issues arose, taking away from an otherwise flawless retreat.

Everything was on point, especially the stylish decor and the lovely pool area. I felt like royalty during my stay!

I had a wonderful experience during my three-night stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect, from the smooth check-in by Prachi to the delicious breakfast buffet that catered to all tastes. The room was immaculately clean, and I loved the lovely city views it offered. One area for improvement could be the soundproofing, as some traffic noise was noticeable at times.

after a previous tiring stay in hyderabad, i was relieved to find such a welcoming atmosphere. the staff went above and beyond, especially praanav, who made our anniversary special with thoughtful room decorations. the breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly baked croissants and a selection of gourmet cheeses.

The staff here made my family and I feel like we were at home. One evening, the chef personally checked on us to ensure our meals were prepared just the way we liked it.

It certainly wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable for the quality received.

My stay was excellent, especially considering it was a short family trip. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location offered beautiful views, and I particularly enjoyed the scrumptious breakfast selection. However, I did notice some noise from the traffic, even on a higher floor, which could be improved with better soundproofing.

The deluxe city view room was spacious with air conditioning, a minibar, and a safe. The spa facilities were amazing, offering a variety of treatments like full body massages and facial treatments. Breakfast had fresh pastries and diverse options. The outdoor pool area had plenty of sun loungers which were perfect for relaxing in the sun.

The hospitality was standout! Kundan made our stay unforgettable with his warm service. However, the dining area could use more seating options for larger groups. 😊
